How It Works

• You receive in-house HR support on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, giving your firm access to senior advice and expertise without the cost of a full-time executive. This retainer-style arrangement ensures you have ongoing advice, guidance and practical support when and as you need it.

•  I also offer additional project-based support where required. This can be provided at an agreed hourly rate or, where appropriate, for a fixed project fee, with scope and costs confirmed before work begins.
